Raw Food Home Delivery
- Home delivery of our raw food is Australia-wide with the exception of some regional areas. Contact us on (02) 4620 7660 or email info@rogueraw.com.au for assistance.
- All deliveries are undertaken by a professional courier company using fully insulated refrigerated transport.This means your delivery is kept frozen until it reaches you. Your order is fully insulated and will remain frozen for up to to several hours if you are not physically present to receive it.
- All orders are dispatched weekly on Wednesday.
- We are unable to modify or change shipping options after cutoff has passed.
- Cut off deadline for orders is Monday midnight (Orders placed after Monday will be dispatched the following week on Wednesday.)
- DELIVERY ORDERS: If you have ordered before Monday your order will be dispatched on Wednesday, if you have missed this deadline your order will be dispatched the following Wednesday.
- DELIVERY DAYS ARE AS FOLLOWS:
- NSW: Thursday (Sydney Metro) to Saturday (depending on Location)
- ACT: Friday (or depending on location)
- QLD: Saturday to Wednesday
- VIC: Saturday to Tuesday
- SA: Tuesday
- WA: Tuesday or Wednesday (depending on Location)
- TAS: Thursday (depending on Location)
- Note: If the delivery date falls on a public holiday, the delivery will be moved on the next business day.
- Please ensure you enter your mobile phone without the +61 prefix.
DELIVERY GENERAL RULES
- Couriers cannot re-route or change destination addresses.
- Couriers are not able to always call you.
- Some deliveries especially regional are delivered on Saturdays.
- Please ensure delivery address has a person to receive delivery otherwise it will be left at delivery address.
- please note, we are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses.
- If your order includes frozen foods, please select the RAW FOOD (FROZEN) shipping option only.

Shipping Update – A Quick Note
Hey there! We wanted to let you know about a small change to our shipping policy. From now on, free shipping will only be available for orders delivered within the Sydney Metro area.
For customers outside this area, standard shipping rates will apply. We’re doing our best to keep things running smoothly and really appreciate your understanding.

We stock produce from independent farmers and availability of produce depends on seasonal and natural factors. If we are out of stock of an item you have ordered, we will contact you with alternative products or options.
