Home Delivery for Christmas & New Year Period 2026
* Tasmanian/Hobart home deliveries will not be carried out between 22nd December to 4th January 2026 due to courier services on holidays. All other areas will continue as usual however may vary slightly during the festive season due to public holidays.

DELIVERY DEADLINE: If you have ordered before Sunday at midnight, your order will be dispatched on Wednesday; if you have missed this deadline, your order will be dispatched the following Wednesday.


DELIVERY DAYS ARE AS FOLLOWS:

  • NSW: Thursday (Sydney Metro) to Saturday (depending on Location)
  • ACT: Friday (or depending on location)
  • QLD: Saturday to Wednesday
  • VIC: Saturday to Tuesday
  • SA: orders placed before our Monday night cut-off will arrive on Tuesday the following week (depending on location)
  • WA: orders placed before our Monday night cut-off will arrive on Tuesday or Wednesday the following week (depending on Location) 
  • TAS: orders placed before our Monday night cut-off will arrive on Thursday the following week (depending on Location) 

Note: If the delivery date falls on a public holiday, the delivery will be moved to the next business day.

Raw Food Home Delivery General Rules

  • Home delivery of our raw food is Australia-wide with the exception of some regional areas.
  • Deliveries are batch-despatched once per week on a weekly basis so your order will be delivered the following week from the week of order.
  • All deliveries are undertaken by a professional courier company using fully refrigerated transport.This means your delivery is kept frozen until it reaches you. Your order is insulated and will remain frozen for up to several hours if you are not physically present to receive it.
  • All orders are dispatched weekly on Wednesdays.
  • We are unable to modify or change shipping options after the cut off has passed.
  • Couriers cannot re-route or change destination addresses.
  • Couriers are not able to call you however please ensure you enter your mobile phone without the +61 prefix for text message updates.
  • Some deliveries, especially regional are delivered on Saturdays or Mondays.
  • Ensure delivery address has a person to receive delivery otherwise it will be left at delivery address.
  • Customer contact cannot always be guaranteed. Although we strive to accommodate requests for contact, please note that the customer’s primary method of notification should be the tracking text and/or automated SMS.
  • We recommend you nominate a safe drop spot that is accessible to the driver and does not require contact.
  • Delivery times may vary subject to unplanned incidents.
  • We are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses.

If your order includes frozen foods, please select the RAW FOOD (FROZEN) shipping option only. Please do not select AUSTRALIA POST.If the incorrect shipping option is chosen, your order will be cancelled and refunded.

Free Delivery For Sydney Metro:

  • Free shipping is only available for orders over $350.00 within the Sydney Metro area.
  • For customers outside this area, standard shipping rates will apply. We’re doing our best to keep things running smoothly and really appreciate your understanding.
  • If you have any questions or need a hand, our friendly team is here to help!
  •  We stock produce from independent farmers and availability of produce depends on seasonal and natural factors.  If we are out of stock of an item you have ordered, we will contact you with alternative products or options.
  • Freight costs are also determined by weight and will be calculated on checkout.
