Order Cut-Off & Dispatch
Orders placed before Sunday at midnight will be dispatched the following Wednesday.
Orders placed after the Sunday midnight cut-off will be dispatched the Wednesday of the following week.
All raw food orders are batch packed and dispatched once per week on Wednesdays.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking SMS from the courier with delivery updates and your estimated delivery day.

Sydney Metro: Thursday – Friday
Regional NSW: Thursday – Saturday
ACT
Friday – Monday

Saturday – Wednesday

Tuesday – Wednesday the following week

Tuesday – Thursday the following week
TAS
Thursday – Friday the following week
Delivery times may vary depending on courier schedules, regional routes, public holidays, or unforeseen transport delays. As deliveries are managed by our courier network, we are unable to guarantee or accommodate requests for specific delivery days.
Delivery Information
Raw food deliveries are available Australia-wide, excluding some remote regional areas.
All deliveries are transported by professional refrigerated courier services, ensuring your order remains frozen while in transit.
Orders are insulated and can remain frozen for several hours after delivery, even if you are not home at the time.
Some regional deliveries may occur on Saturdays or Mondays depending on courier routes.
Important Delivery Information
Orders cannot be modified after the Sunday midnight cut-off.
Couriers cannot re-route deliveries or change addresses once an order has been dispatched.
Couriers are not able to call customers, however SMS tracking updates will be sent once your order is in transit.
We are unable to guarantee specific days for delivery
Please ensure you enter your mobile phone number without the +61 prefix to ensure tracking notifications are received.
If no one is home, the courier will leave the delivery at the address provided, so please ensure a safe and accessible drop location is available.
Delivery times may vary depending on courier schedules, regional routes, or unforeseen incidents.
We are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses.
Shipping Options
If your order includes frozen products, please select the RAW FOOD (FROZEN) shipping option only.
Please do not select Australia Post for frozen items.
If the incorrect shipping option is selected, the order will be cancelled and refunded.
Sydney Metro Free Delivery
Free delivery is available for Sydney Metro orders over $350.
For customers outside this area, standard freight rates will apply and are calculated at checkout based on order weight.
Product Availability
We source our produce from independent farmers, and availability can vary due to seasonal and natural supply factors.
If an item you ordered becomes unavailable, our team will contact you with suitable alternatives or options.
